Surmanti Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
1. Rewards membership eligibility
- Open to certified nail techs with a House of Surmanti website login.
- Limited to one email login per person, account is exclusively for the person registered with House of Surmanti.
- User will automatically be enrolled into the rewards program, no sign up is required, customers can access tally of purchases from the House of Surmanti account menu once logged in.
- No rewards card or separate account will be issued, physical or digital, rewards account connected to House of Surmanti login.
- Customer tally of 16 products will reset to zero if purchases are not completed by Sixteens birthday (8 April). On the 8th of April every year, all purchase tallies will reset to zero.
- Qualifying products and free gift selection are limited to the products below
- Coloured gel polishes - standard and premium gel colours
- Stamping gels
- Matte glitter top coats
Exclusions:
- Base coats
- Foundations
- Standard top coats
- Matte top coats
- Foil gel
- Base coat - press on extension glue
- Contact gel primer
- Pure primer acrylic
- Odourless acrylic primer
- Diamonds and charms
- Collection sets
Product eligibility for promotions is subject to change at discretion of Surmanti.
5. Purchase requirements- A minimum purchase of 16 qualifying items to earn one free item.
- Shipping is not included with free gift item.
- One unique code can be redeemed per purchase.
Combined gift code explanation
- 16 qualifying purchases in one transaction = 1 unique code for 1 free gift in the next purchase.
- 32 qualifying purchases in one transaction = 1 unique code for 2 free gifts in the next purchase .
- Each reward code may be redeemed for one qualifying item of the user’s choice and can only be used once.
- Free gift code will be issued via email once customer has completed checkout successfully, gift code can be redeemed on the next purchase.
- Lowest price qualifying item is deducted from total when using free gift code.
- Surmanti reserves the right to cancel or suspend the customer’s participation in the rewards program or any rewards earned and not yet used in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of the Surmanti Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, or at their discretion.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no responsibility or liability is assumed by Surmanti for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the rewards program and/or website.
- User consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by Surmanti, Participating Properties and Partner Programs, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with the Surmanti’s Privacy Statement.
How it works
You will automatically receive an email with a unique code once you have purchased 16 bottles of qualifying products, this can be redeemed on your next purchase, shipping not included.
Examples
- Purchase 16 qualifying items - receive a gift code for 1 free gift that can be redeemed on the next purchase
- Purchase 20 qualifying items - receive a gift code for 1 free gift that can be redeemed on the next purchase
16 items will count towards the gift code tally, 4 items will contribute to the next 16 qualifying items purchase tally.
- Purchase 40 qualifying items - receive a gift code for 2 free gifts that can be redeemed on the next purchase
32 items will count towards the gift code tally, 8 items will contribute to the next 16 qualifying items purchase tally.

How will we update these Terms and Conditions?
Surmanti reserves the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions of the rewards program, including suspending or cancelling any parts of the Program in the following cases:
- When necessary following legislative changes
- If the rewards program is no longer profitable for Surmanti or
- If deemed unnecessarily burdensome - for technical or commercial reasons for Surmanti.
When Surmanti updates their Terms and Conditions, and the change is not material to the provision of their Services covered by this rewards program, they will give the customer a notice in advance either by posting the change on their Services and/or by contacting the customer directly.
