All prices are WHOLESALE and exclude GST and freight.
ORDERS are prepaid.
We accept - Bank Deposit 02-0278-0331939-01, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, Zip Pay or After Pay.
All debt recovery costs shall be liable to the customer. Acceptance of stock shall mean acceptance of all TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All invoices must be paid by the 20th of the following month. All overdue invoices will incur a late payment fee of 5% per month until the account is cleared, as per our terms of trade. Acceptance of stock shall mean acceptance of terms and conditions.
FREIGHT
- Standard freight charge of $7.70
- Oversize freight charge $11.00 - $22.00
- Rural freight is an Additional $3.90

We want you to be more than happy. We want you to LOVE your surmanti products. We know if you are delighted you will tell others, and that is VERY VERY important to us. After all, that's been our growth strategy for a decade. In the unlikely event, that you are not satisfied, we'll gladly exchange or refund your purchase for a full 30 days, at no charge to you. Now we can't be any fairer than that, can we?
RETURNS
We will gladly exchange any purchase found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. The notification MUST be received within 7 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies. Replacement stock will be sent immediately (and charged) when faulty stock is returned, credit will apply).
